As fine jewellers, Harden's has built its reputation on integrity, trust and meticulous service. It is our commitment to provide you with only the best in quality and value.

Loss
If, your engagement ring is examined every 6 months and your diamond is lost from its original mount because of manufacturing defect (within (2) (5) years from the date of purchase) bring in this guarantee with your ring to a Harden's store and your diamond will be replaced free of charge.

Trade-up
If at any time you wish to exchange your original diamond for another diamond that is at least 50% more than the current value of the original ring, Harden's will credit you at least the original price you paid foryour ring. If the diamond has been damaged, the amount of the credited value will be ascertained at the time of trade-up.

Inspection & Cleaning
We invite you to bring your engagement ring to a Harden's store every 6 months to be inspected and cleaned without charge. This 6 months visit is necessary to maintain the validity of your guarantee.

In addition to all diamond engagement rings, this guarantee applies to three stone rings, diamond solitaire pendants, diamond stud earrings and diamond anniversary bands.
